We use only the highest quality materials in our jewelry, including .925 sterling silver beads, sterling silver charms, sterling silver clasps, Bali handmade sterling silver spacers, Swarovski crystals, 14k gold-filled beads and freshwater pearls. We use professional 49-strand beading wire which is both strong and flexible. We will NEVER use plated or glass beads! Our goal is to satisfy each and every customer. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not satisfied with your bracelet, please return your purchase with in 10 days of receipt for changes or for a complete refund of the purchase price of the jewelry, excluding all shipping charges. All bracelets pictured represent what your product will look like, however, each bracelet will vary slightly depending on size and names on bracelets. Bali beads are handmade and each totally unique. Therefore it's not uncommon for minor variations in bead design.

I ordered the wrong size bracelet?
We will be happy to resize your bracelet for you. There is a restring fee of $8 per strand. To submit a restring order please contact us at support@customdesignsbymonica.com
Can I add another strand later?
Yes! We will add the new strand and ship the bracelet back to you. If you would like another strand added just contact us at orders@customdesignsmymonica.com. We will give you the address to ship back the bracelet and then send you an invoice via email.
My bracelet broke, can you repair it?
If the bracelet was originally purchased from us in the last six months we will restring the bracelet. If it has been over six months there will be a $8 per strand restring fee in addition to return shipping fees.
How do I care for my bracelet?
Tarnishing of Sterling Silver is a natural process caused by oxidation and is easily removed by using a Sterling Silver polishing cloth. We highly recommend disposable Jewelry Wipes or a regular silver polishing cloth over liquid silver cleaner. Do not expose your bracelet to harsh chemicals such as pool chlorine.
